Our Policies

With over 20 years of experience, our Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Jacqueline Cheng MD and Dr. Elbert Cheng MD offer a Comprehensive Facial Assessment (CFA) to understand your unique concerns and goals, allowing us to create a surgical treatment plan tailored specifically for you. All new surgical patients are required to have a CFA prior to scheduling any surgical procedure. The $250 Comprehensive Facial Assessment (CFA) includes:

• A full facial assessment for surgical procedures*
• Discussion of your concerns and goals
• One hour to ask detailed questions
• Treatment plan tailored specifically for you by your Surgeon
• A discount of $250 will be applied to the total cost of the procedure upon scheduling surgery, this expires within 6 months of visit.

To respect the needs of all our patients, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as 'no-shows,' are ineligible for a refund or future treatment discount. The $250 assessment cost is forfeited if the cancellation policy is not met. Thank you for helping us maintain a high standard of care for all.

*In the event our Surgeons recommend non-surgical/non-invasive treatments, they will guide you to an Advanced Aesthetic Assessment with our Nurse Injectors. Your Nurse Injector will design a personalized treatment plan and perform your non-surgical treatments.

Consultation Policy for Nurse Injectors

At Cheng Plastic Surgery, our highly experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injectors offer in-depth facial assessment and non-surgical treatments that are specifically customized to their patients' concerns and goals. An Advanced Aesthetic Assessment is required before scheduling any non-surgical treatments. The $75 Advanced Aesthetic Assessment (AAA) includes:

• A full facial assessment for non-surgical treatments*
• Discussion of your concerns and goals
• One hour to ask detailed questions
• Treatment plan tailored specifically for you by your Nurse Injector**
• A discount of $75 will be applied to the total cost of the procedure upon scheduling treatment, this expires within 6 months of visit.

*Patients who are interested in non-surgical/non-invasive treatments start with our Advanced Aesthetic Assessment, where your Nurse Injector will design a personalized treatment plan for you. If surgical recommendations are needed, our Nurse Injectors will guide you to a Comprehensive Facial Assessment with our Surgeons.

**The Nurse Injector who creates your personalized treatment plan will also perform your non-surgical treatments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Here at Cheng Plastic Surgery, we provide the highest level of care and do our best to accommodate all patients.

To ensure the best service, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward any future services, treatments, or products.
